For Daily Use:
Put a few drops of serum on your fingertips or directly on the scalp.
Gently massage the scalp in circular motions to promote absorption and stimulate circulation.
Focus on the less densely populated areas or where you want to encourage growth.
Leave the serum on without rinsing to benefit from its properties throughout the day.

For a Deep Treatment:
Apply the serum generously to the scalp and spread it down to the ends of the hair.
Wrap your hair in a warm towel or cap to maximize nutrient absorption.
Leave the serum on for at least 30 minutes, or for an intensive treatment, overnight.
Wash your hair with your usual shampoo if necessary.

As an Additive to Your Shampoo:
Enrichment: Add a few drops of serum to your usual dose of shampoo to incorporate its benefits directly into your washing routine.
Proceed with washing as usual, allowing the active ingredients to nourish the scalp and hair.

General Advice:
For very dry or damaged hair, daily application may be beneficial. Otherwise, 2 to 3 times a week may suffice.
